About you

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Soldering skills and familiarity with electronic components and PCBAs
  • Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
  • Basic computer skills (ECDL or similar desirable)

What you'll do

  • Operate production machinery for electronic product assembly
  • Assemble cable looms, mechanical components, and PCBA units with accuracy
  • Perform soldering tasks and support kit preparation
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and support LEAN manufacturing initiatives
  • Keep your workstation clean, organised, and safe while supporting various product lines
