About you
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Soldering skills and familiarity with electronic components and PCBAs
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Basic computer skills (ECDL or similar desirable)
What you'll do
- Operate production machinery for electronic product assembly
- Assemble cable looms, mechanical components, and PCBA units with accuracy
- Perform soldering tasks and support kit preparation
- Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and support LEAN manufacturing initiatives
- Keep your workstation clean, organised, and safe while supporting various product lines
