You'll be joining an established organisation operating within a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain setting. The business works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal sales teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and in line with demand.

About you

  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

What you'll do

  • Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team on availability versus demand
  • Assess and track supplier acknowledgement and performance
  • Progress and monitor purchase orders through to delivery
  • Coordinate logistics and monitor shipment performance
  • Support general administrative tasks within the purchasing function
