About you

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a PA within professional services or a partnership environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital dictation tools
  • Proactive with a professional, can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Manage multiple diaries simultaneously and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Flexibility to assist with reception cover and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Nice to have skills

  • Experience with invoicing and time-recording systems such as Expert
  • Familiarity with document management systems like Intapp Open or iManage
  • Ability to create professional presentation materials aligned with the organisation's communication style
  • Knowledge of digital dictation platforms such as BigHand

Preferred education and experience

  • Relevant administrative or secretarial qualification(s) preferred
  • Proven history supporting senior professionals in a busy legal or corporate environment
