VANRATH is assisting a thriving construction-based company with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join their friendly Draperstown/Magherafelt team. Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage diaries and schedules, including organising and co-ordinating team meetings.
- Plan and deliver high-quality work while managing deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare professional documentation such as agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure matters from meetings are addressed promptly.
- Research to assist the Group MD with meetings and presentations.
- Manage communications, prioritise and respond to emails, calls, and post on behalf of stakeholders.
- Organise events and lunches, including dietary requirements.
- Attend training to develop relevant skills and techniques.
The ideal person:
- Experience in a similar role (PA/Secretary/EA).
- Excellent IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
