What’s in it for you? Part time
– Monday, Thursday, Friday (8am -5pm with 30 min lunch) 1 Saturday (9-1) per month £12.75ph, with increase to £13 after 3 months.
About your next employer The postholder will be at the forefront of customer services dealing with the public at reception desk and by telephone.
The duties will also include operating a computerised booking system, What you’ll do Replying to patient enquires via email and phone Supporting the clinical team Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators Communicating effectively with new and existing patients Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey Managing diary appointments and treatment plans General administrative duties Dealing with post and deliveries Dealing with Lab work both coming in and out of the clinic Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers Coordinating meetings, clinical events and open evenings About you Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
