About you
- Part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable
What you'll do
- Assist in preparing high-quality monthly management accounts packs with supporting schedules for internal and Board reporting
- Reconcile key control accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Contribute to monthly stock reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Oversee treasury activities including cash flow monitoring, FX hedging, and liquidity management
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and review monthly overheads with budget holders
- Liaise with external auditors on statutory accounts and ensure compliance
- Provide guidance to the Credit Controller on credit control activities
- Drive process improvements within the finance department and across the wider business
