Onboarding Administrator

Onboarding Administrator, Newry (Remote within NI) VANRATH are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Newry to recruit an Onboarding Administrator for an initial 3 month contract. This is a highly administrative role, ideal for someone who is organised, detail focused and comfortable working with high volumes of paperwork and documentation. The role is based in Newry but can be carried out remotely, with candidates based anywhere in Northern Ireland encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: ?? Issuing employment contracts and offer letters to new starters ?? Preparing and processing onboarding documentation accurately and on time ?? Updating and maintaining HR systems and employee records ?? Tracking outstanding paperwork and following up with new starters and hiring managers ?? Processing pre-employment checks and references ?? Filing and maintaining employee documentation in line with company procedures ?? Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team What We're Looking For: ? Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, onboarding or recruitment ? Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy ? Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems ? Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of documentation ? Good written communication skills for drafting contracts and correspondence ?
