VANRATH is working in partnership with a well-established organisation to appoint an HR Administrator to support its HR operations. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll processes, employee onboarding, and various administrative functions within a fast-paced environment. What do you need?
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience in a busy office environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel with strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods
- A professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
What you will do each day
- Update and maintain the time and attendance system accurately
