About you

  • GCSEs or equivalent passes in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above)
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a national logistics environment with multiple weekly deliveries
  • At least 1+ year's experience managing a large transport team within a fast-paced, customer-focused operation
  • Valid Transport Managers CPC (National & International)
  • Strong knowledge of transport legislation, tachographs, H&S, HACCP
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and data analysis
  • Proficient with PC applications, especially spreadsheets and databases; familiarity with IT software such as Stratum and CSNX is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
