We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join a leading fintech organisation working on a major strategic programme delivering high-volume payment solutions used globally. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing leader with strong experience in test automation, quality engineering and enterprise-scale software delivery.
You will work closely with architects, developers and engineering teams to shape the testing strategy, enhance automation frameworks and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key experience:- Strong background in test leadership, QA or quality engineering
- Experience delivering complex solutions within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong test automation and framework development experience
- Excellent understanding of modern testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fintech or payments experience would be advantageous
- Define and drive the testing strategy across key programmes
- Lead and enhance test automation and quality engineering practices
- Collaborate with development, architecture and delivery teams
- Ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
