The Role
- As a Telesales Representative, you'll be at the front line of new business generation, driving outbound activity and helping to build a strong sales pipeline for the wider team.
- Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- High-volume outbound calling to prospective business customers
- Following up on incoming leads and identifying quality opportunities
- Recording all activity and pipeline updates accurately on CRM systems
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales consultants
- Working towards daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs
