Client: Leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 20 years across the UK and Ireland, consistently delivering high quality solutions. They work across various sectors carrying out a range of projects including new build, fit-out and facilities maintenance.

The Role:

  • Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils, and new build operations
  • Supervise trades, subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish

The Ideal Person:

  • Degree or HND Qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • Main Contractor background
  • Track record as a No.1 Site Manager
  • Experience working on new build projects from the ground up
  • CSR card
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong man management skills able to get the best out of site teams
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan
