We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join a leading fintech organisation on a major strategic programme delivering high-volume payment solutions used globally. This role is ideal for a hands-on testing leader with strong experience in test automation, quality engineering, and enterprise-scale software delivery. You'll work closely with architects, developers, and engineering teams to drive testing strategy, improve automation frameworks, and ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
Key Experience
- Strong background in Test Leadership, QA, or Quality Engineering
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
- Test automation and framework experience
- Strong understanding of modern testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive testing strategy across key programmes
- Lead and improve automation and quality engineering practices
