About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an accounts team, with at least 1 year in a senior role
- Part-qualified or IATI trained (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude

- Ambitious with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning
What you'll do
- Manage sales ledger activities including credit control, recording customer receipts, and overseeing transactions
- Support purchase ledgers related to stock and non-stock items by processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and tracking shipments and supplier intercompany movements
- Create and reconcile various management reports, such as sales, stock, and debtor reports
- Ensure timely processing of payments, manage cash flow, and complete invoice financing declarations
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and statutory reports
- Collaborate closely with management, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure financial controls and compliance are maintained
