The Role
- Contact existing customers to build relationships and grow account spend
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell across the product range
- Cold call for new business where you see the opportunity, with uncapped bonus attached
- Work to agreed call, activity and revenue targets
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Work closely with the wider sales team to hit individual and team targets
