VANRATH is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding property company to recruit a Sales Negotiator / Property Manager for their Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal stage of growth following a recent acquisition.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary, plus performance-related bonus
  • Commission/bonus structure linked to results
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Flexible working available after successful completion of probation

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in property management, lettings, estate agency, or property sales
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, professional, and able to build positive relationships quickly
  • Full UK driving licence essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants
  • Manage the full tenancy process, from initial move-in through to check-out
  • Handle maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors and service providers
  • Develop strong relationships through clear, consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate property records while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
