An established automotive retailer is seeking experienced and ambitious Sales Consultants to join its growing sales team, specialising in both new and used vehicle sales. This is an excellent opportunity to represent recognised automotive brands while helping customers find the right vehicle solution from a diverse range of new and pre-owned stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets while maximising profitability opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Build, maintain, and develop a strong customer database to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead management, and customer follow-up activities.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, finance solutions, and additional products and services to customers.
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
- Follow up on outstanding opportunities and nurture prospective customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales administration to a high standard.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities.
