Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE + vehicle / package
Client: Well established Main Contractor with decades of experience delivering a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across various sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial and community sectors. The business works alongside public bodies, private clients and housing associations with trust relationships and repeat business built on reliability, consistent disciplined and competent delivery.
This is a great opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor to join a company that continues to invest in its people supporting long term growth and development, whilst working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Ideal Person:
- Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Main contractor background
- Experience working on a range of projects across various sectors
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise and work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- High level of Commercial awareness
- Ability to work within a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient IT skills
- Full valid driving licence
