About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative, procurement or supply chain support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Experience using ERP or purchasing systems (desirable)

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory administration
  • Maintain supplier databases and documentation
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and reporting
  • Support internal stakeholders with purchasing requests and updates
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and policies
