A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to its established and growing Private Client team. This is a senior appointment, and the firm is open to considering candidates at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level, depending on experience and the value they can bring to the practice.

The Opportunity

You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of high-quality Private Client matters, including:

  • Estate and succession planning
  • Wills and inheritance planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Tax-efficient wealth preservation
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on protecting and transferring wealth across generations

Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm, you'll build long-term client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances. Depending on your level of experience, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of the Private Client practice.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced Private Client lawyers who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience managing a broad range of Private Client matters independently.
  • Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and succession planning.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

Candidates with around 8 years' PQE are likely to be well suited to this opportunity. However, the firm welcomes applications from experienced lawyers operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level who are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and respected practice.
