VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a Plumber for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- To undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock, including bathroom suites/wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework, fitting cylinders, tanks, radiators, sink-tops, immersion heaters, shower trays and units and any other associated works.
- To undertake, as and when required, first and second fix plumbing work.
- To perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and/or replace.
Requirements
- Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in plumbing (either time served or skills based).
- Have a minimum of one year's relevant post-apprenticeship experience working in a plumbing environment.
- Can demonstrate practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation in a maintenance/repair environment.
- A full current driving licence to enable the post holder to carry out the required duties of this post.
Remuneration
£27,694 - £32,597 plus Van & Fuel Card.
