Plasterer (Public Sector) VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an Plasterer for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. You will predominantly be based in their Newtownabbey site. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil a requirement to: Plasterboarding Bonding, skimming - Ceilings & Walls Screeding & Laytexing External Render Wet dash & bell casts Installing & skimming insulated plaster board Carry out Health and Safety checks on all equipment and jobs Record keeping, maintaining a site diary and photographic records. Assist in the resolution of customer queries and complaints Assess what works are required in individual properties and relay this back to Administration Provide Technical advice and guidance to all aspects of the business Requirements The Ideal Person: Relevant trade qualification - NVQ level 3 or equivalent Valid CSCS/CSR card Relevant on-site experience in similar role Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values Full, valid, clean driving license Experience working on Maintenance contracts is ideal Remuneration Β£27,694 - Β£32,597 plus Van & Fuel Card.
