About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an agency setting, managing PPC campaigns across multiple clients in both B2B and B2C
- Proven expertise in Google Ads with strong, demonstrable results
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and a data-focused approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, capable of managing several projects at once
- Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to optimisation and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients in a client-facing capacity
- Create and execute performance-focused PPC strategies aligned with client goals
- Present campaign strategies and updates clearly and professionally to clients
- Carry out research and analyse industry trends to shape campaign direction
- Oversee campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube using platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Track, evaluate, and optimise performance using data insights
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
