Essential:
- Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure
- Experience managing incidents and working to SLA targets
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience escalating issues appropriately to internal teams and third parties
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts onsite
- Eligible to obtain security clearance
Desirable:
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Windows OS and Server support experience
- Familiarity with ITIL service management environments
- Experience using network monitoring tools
- Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments
- Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams
- Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching
