VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Mortgage Admin for a leading Mortgage Advisor company. This is a Permanent position - Monday to Friday. Place of work can be Holywood, East Belfast, Jordanstown, or Ballyclare.
Salary: Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package & Progression
Responsibilities:
- Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
- Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
- Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers, and mortgage lenders.
Criteria:
- 1 years' experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Mortgages
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand complex information clearly
- Work well within a team
