Key Responsibilities- Lead the business day to day with full P&L accountability
- Set and deliver the commercial strategy across existing and new markets
- Win new business and develop strategic partnerships
- Drive diversification into new product areas
- Lead an established senior team across operations, technical and finance
- Own pricing, margin and forecasting
- Represent the business with key customers, suppliers and partners
- Proven track record at Managing Director, Commercial Director, Sales Director or General Manager level
- Strong commercial and business development background
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, chemicals, personal care or a similar product-led environment
- Demonstrable new business wins and entry into new markets
- Financial acumen across margin, pricing and investment appraisal
- Hands-on, visible leadership style
