About you
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience within a finance environment
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and balance sheet control
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a desire for continuous development
What you'll do
- Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations supporting audit standards
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and detailed P&L analysis to support operational efficiency
- Support forecasting activities including cash flow, working capital, and P&L projections
- Assist with VAT and statutory regulatory compliance, including audit preparations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen finance controls
- Contribute to the ongoing development of financial processes and documentation
