  • Qualified, time-served Electrician with at least 3-5 years' experience in maintenance
  • Proven ability in electrical, plumbing, and various trades pertinent to property maintenance

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to liaise effectively with contractors, staff, and department heads

  • Willingness to work a weekend every 4 weeks
