VANRATH is assisting a leading firm in Ballyclare with the recruitment of a Legal Secretary. The role is based in Ballyclare, with working hours from Monday to Friday (flexibility available). Both full-time and part-time positions are available due to company growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join a reputable firm that values its staff and offers various incentives. The successful candidate will work within Conveyancing.
Position Details
This is a permanent position with a firm renowned in Northern Ireland for its excellent reputation and high staff retention rates. Salary negotiable and highly competitive, plus excellent benefits and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Typing and audio typing of letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents
- Preparing briefs and documents, filing statutory returns
- Handling telephone calls and messages on behalf of solicitors
- Managing emails, appointments, and maintaining records
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, and supporting the team as needed
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary (essential)
- Experience in Conveyancing (preferred)
- Effective time management and diary management skills
- Good communication and telephone manner
