The role will be about a third reactive phone calls and tickets - and two thirds proactive improvement projects. This is a large organisation with plans to expand, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion down the line.
Requirements:
- IT Support experience across first and second line
- Strong end user troubleshooting skills
- Hardware/software support experience across printers, laptops, mobiles, networks, Microsoft systems
- Ability to drive proactive improvements around
- Competency with Intune, SCCM, Active Directory etc
