The OpportunityYou will join a busy and highly respected Corporate team advising clients across a broad range of matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and investments
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance and commercial advisory work
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on high-quality transactional matters across sectors including technology, energy, hospitality, retail and professional services. The team is known for handling sophisticated and strategically important transactions for both local and international clients.
About YouWe are interested in candidates who are:
- Qualified Solicitors in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
- Ideally 2-6 years' PQE within Corporate / Commercial law
- Strong technically with excellent drafting skills
