An established Northern Ireland technology and communications provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across NI, ROI and Great Britain. You will sell a broad portfolio of IT, telecoms and connectivity solutions, including cloud and on-premise voice, mobile, business connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN and SD-WAN services. This is primarily a new business role, focused on generating leads, closing opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Sell across multiple products, sectors and markets
- Negotiate commercial terms and multi-year agreements
- Manage and grow the accounts you secure
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Attend networking events and customer meetings
- Work closely with pre-sales, finance and service delivery teams
About You
- At least three years' B2B sales experience, ideally within IT, telecoms or another growth sector
- Proven ability to generate leads and win new business
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and target-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
Package
- Realistic OTE of £60,000
