About You
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys developing new business while acting as a trusted adviser to clients. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management or B2B Sales
- A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Confidence engaging with business owners, directors and senior stakeholders
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand business challenges
- Experience selling professional services, consultancy, financial services, technology or other solution-based services
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own pipeline and opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Northern Ireland, the UK and Republic of Ireland
- Build relationships with SMEs, owner-managed businesses and corporate clients
- Identify client challenges and position the company's professional services as tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM system
- Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience
- Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions
- Contribute ideas and market feedback to support future commercial growth
