The role has been created to support organic expansion and to further position the business as a leading commercial broker within the NI market.
They are looking to add standout Account Executives to both their commercial and corporate account teams. These individuals will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients while delivering consultative insurance solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Account Executives with strong technical knowledge within the broking sector, who enjoy a client-facing role and are supported by a strong team of account managers, brokers, and claims specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and develop new business (leveraging previous industry contacts)
- Act as a trusted adviser, delivering tailored insurance solutions and strategic risk advice
- Inherit an established book of business within 12 months
- Work closely with internal broking, claims, and specialist teams to deliver an excellent client experience
- Utilise the firm's international market access and global capabilities where required
- Contribute to the ongoing development, profile, and market positioning of the business
- Take overall responsibility for relationship management and retention of assigned client accounts
- Act as a trusted adviser and business partner to clients
- Proven experience managing commercial insurance clients
- Strong existing presence within the NI market
