About you
- 3-10 years' experience in Transaction Services, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, or a highly analytical environment
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, with an emphasis on complex analysis, valuation, and economic modelling
- Proven track record in M&A, valuations, and strategic financial assessment
- Deep understanding of financial metrics relevant to SaaS and technology sectors (ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, R&D efficiency)
- Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial analysis
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of presenting detailed analysis to senior decision-makers
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones with flexibility and independence
- Willing to work from the designated office location a couple of days weekly, with occasional travel

- Lead in-depth financial due diligence, valuation projects, and strategic transaction assessments
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A, investments, and deal decision-making
- Build comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and ROI evaluations
- Support evaluation of deal opportunities, including partnering with corporate development teams to identify strategic fit and valuation drivers
