About you
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to international HR practices
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations across different jurisdictions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is highly desirable
- 4-6 years' progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities

- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and exits
- Handle complex employee relations and investigations across different regions
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies compliant with international standards
- Support payroll and benefits administration on a global scale

- Lead initiatives on talent development, training, and succession planning
