About you:
- At least 5 years' broad generalist HR experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to support employee relations matters confidently and effectively
- Experience in managing HR data and systems with attention to detail
- CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with operational managers to understand their workforce needs and challenges
- Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a proactive approach to talent attraction
- Assist in developing leadership and people-management capability across teams
- Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancement
