About you:

  • At least 5 years' broad generalist HR experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to support employee relations matters confidently and effectively
  • Experience in managing HR data and systems with attention to detail
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset

What you'll do:

  • Build strong relationships with operational managers to understand their workforce needs and challenges
  • Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a proactive approach to talent attraction
  • Assist in developing leadership and people-management capability across teams
  • Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancement
