About you- At least 5 years of HR experience in a management / leadership role
- Strong understanding of NI & UK employment law (German desirable)
- Chartered CIPD
- Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lead and develop the HR function across the organisation to align with strategic business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive performance management, staff development, and succession planning processes
- Manage regional investigations, employee relations, and compliance with employment law
- Analyse HR data to improve processes and support HR decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with regional leaders through site visits and engagement activities
