About you:
- Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- At least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a finance team
- Expert knowledge of UK and Irish tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and macros
- Experience with mid-tier ERP accounting software
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring statutory compliance and financial accuracy
- Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing all core transactions and internal controls
- Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasts, and banking relationships
- Prepare and present management accounts, KPIs, and variance analysis to senior leadership
- Ensure statutory compliance across UK & ROI, including VAT, CIS, and RCT filings
- Support the annual audit process and lead financial reporting enhancements
