About you:

  • Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
  • At least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a finance team
  • Expert knowledge of UK and Irish tax regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and macros
  • Experience with mid-tier ERP accounting software

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring statutory compliance and financial accuracy
  • Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing all core transactions and internal controls
  • Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasts, and banking relationships
  • Prepare and present management accounts, KPIs, and variance analysis to senior leadership
  • Ensure statutory compliance across UK & ROI, including VAT, CIS, and RCT filings
  • Support the annual audit process and lead financial reporting enhancements
