VANRATH are recruiting a New Homes Manager to work for a well-established, award-winning property developer based in Belfast or Dungannon, Northern Ireland. The business has offices in both locations so this opportunity could suit somebody living near either Belfast or Dungannon. The role will be office based with site visits.
Client: Well-established, award-winning Residential Developer with a great reputation for developing carefully crafted turn-key homes. They are an ambitious developer with a highly motivated and capable team. The majority of their developments are located in and around the Greater Belfast area.
The Opportunity: The New Homes Manager will be the customer face of the business and an important member of the team responsible for managing all aspects of New Homes.
- Liaison with new home buyers from initial sale booking right through to handover and aftercare
- Liaison within house team on any bespoke buyer requirements prior to placing a sale booking
- Assist buyers with selecting their finishes from our bespoke Sales & Selections Suite
- Ensure finishes and any bespoke buyer requirements are progressed and closed out efficiently to ensure a smooth onsite build progress and handover dates are achieved
- Deal with all buyer queries throughout the entire process in a prompt and professional manner ensuring a smooth and hassle-free buyer experience
- Ongoing liaison with Office and Site Teams, suppliers, estate agents, solicitors etc.
- Maintaining up to date records on selections progress with buyers, processing payment for extras, assisting buyers with administration prior to completion
- Delivering a full demonstration handover to buyers on the day of completion
- Aftercare and any homeowner snagging requirements and post completion queries
- Liaison and handover to Management Company on any communal areas post completion of the development
The Ideal Person:
- Track record within a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of property sales
- Strong attention to detail and timekeeping skills
- Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of the construction process of a new build home and conveyance process (desirable, not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Highly organised, self-motivated, flexible, efficient with an ability to multi-task under pressure
This opportunity is open to a wide range of suitable candidates with a background working in New Homes; Interior Design, Estate Agency, Architectural or Surveying, Interior Showroom Sales etc. with a flair for interiors and delivering outstanding customer service.
