VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Fashion Brand with the Recruitment of a motivated and dynamic Boutique Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Retail Sales Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Salary – £28,000 + Benefits Hours – Mon-Wed-09:00-18:00 + Late Thurs & Fri & Sun 12:00-18:00 Rotating Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train retail staff, fostering a positive team environment. Communicate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet store goals. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the Retail Sales Manager. Experience Previous experience in retail management is essential. Proven track record in team management and supervising staff. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies is advantageous. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
