VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Mortgage Admin for a leading Mortgage Advisor company. This is a Permanent position - Monday - Friday - (Multiple Roles Required) - Place of work can be Holywood, or East Belfast, or Jordanstown, or Ballyclare.
Salary: Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package & Progression
Responsibilities:
- Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
- Customer update calls.
- Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
- Customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
- Dealing with general customer queries.
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Meeting daily activity targets.
- Working within a team to take on administrative duties.
- Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
The Ideal Person:
- 1 years' experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role.
- Experience with Mortgages.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to understand complex information clearly.
- Work well within a team.
- Natural eye for detail.
