About you:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors
  • Strong track record managing employee relations end-to-end
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadership
  • Solid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plus
  • Skilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Monaghan with flexibility to travel monthly to Blanchardstown
