We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer on behalf of a growing engineering and manufacturing business within the Limavady area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive design team working on bespoke low-voltage switchgear and engineered solutions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, manufacturable mechanical designs while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, projects, and purchasing teams.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and release information for live engineering projects. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and fully aligned with manufacturing and project requirements.
