This is a hands-on role working alongside site teams and reporting to the site supervisor, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, cost-effective repairs and a courteous service to both tenants and clients.
About you
- Time-served joinery or appropriately qualified with demonstrable joinery experience
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix joinery skills (including ironmongery repairs)
- Experience with door installations, kitchen fitting/installs, and general joinery maintenance
- The ability to survey, fault-find, and carry out minor roofing repairs
- A Valid CSR Card
- A full driving licence
What you'll do
- Carry out response repairs and void works, working efficiently to meet property needs
- Complete joinery tasks such as door fitting/installation, ironmongery repairs and glazing-related work
- Support tenanted properties and voids with a respectful, customer-focused approach
- Use appropriate safety equipment and follow site health & safety procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of site documentation, using paper or electronic systems as required
