Accounting Technician (Magherafelt)

VANRATH are searching for an Accounts Technician to join a a growing business in the Magherafelt area. Reporting to the Managing Accountant you will be responsible for varied role within the finance function. Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports. Monitor time and attendance records. Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers. Prepare payroll journal entries. Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person. Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate. Perform office administration tasks as needed.
