- Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or similar environments
- Valid CSR Card and full clean driving licence

What You'll Do:
- Assist tradesmen with daily onsite activities, including plastering, kerbing, fencing, block work, and concreting
- Handle loading, unloading, securing, and installing materials efficiently
- Operate heavy and light equipment safely
- Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment
- Complete and submit site documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to clients and tenants
