Key Responsibilities
- Branch Leadership & Operational Management
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees, creating a high-performance culture focused on customer service and commercial success.
- Ensure operational efficiency across sales, warehousing, stock control, and customer service functions.
- Monitor branch KPIs, profitability, and performance metrics, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice.
- Manage branch budgets, costs, stock levels, and overall financial performance.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute branch growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and contractor sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Lead from the front in customer engagement, conducting client visits and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise opportunities within existing customer accounts.

- Proven experience within the electrical wholesale industry.
- Previous management experience within a branch, sales office, or similar leadership role.

- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of branch profitability and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
