The Role

Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment. You'll work closely with production teams to diagnose faults, improve machine performance and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
  • Support machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
  • Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
  • Support the development and training of colleagues where required
